About us

A London builder that treats your property like its own

AR Constructions is a building and renovation company working with homeowners, landlords, developers and commercial clients across London.

A recently completed AR Constructions bathroom

We handle projects end to end, and the trades we cover extend well beyond any list: structural building work and extensions, full interior renovations, kitchens and bathrooms, decorating and tiling, plumbing, and the landscaping, fencing and decking that finish a property off. Because the trades are managed in-house, work is sequenced properly and you deal with one team rather than several.

Every project starts with a free consultation and a written quote, so the scope and the price are agreed before anyone picks up a tool. We are fully insured, we keep sites tidy, and we are straight with you when something needs to change.

How we work

One team, one contract

Building, interiors and landscaping are managed under a single point of accountability, so the trades are sequenced properly and nothing gets lost between contractors.

Priced before it starts

Every project begins with a written, itemised quote and agreed milestones. Variations are only ever carried out with your approval in writing.

Respect for the property

Access routes are protected, dust is contained and sites are cleared at the end of each day. Occupied homes stay liveable while we work.
