No. The initial consultation and the written quote that follows are free and carry no obligation. You only commit once you are happy with the scope and the price.

Yes. AR Constructions is fully insured, and we can provide certificates and details of cover before work starts. Where a project requires building control sign-off or a structural engineer, we arrange that as part of the job.

After the site visit we normally return a written quote within a few working days. Larger projects that need structural input or supplier pricing can take a little longer, and we will tell you when to expect it.

Yes. Alongside homeowners we work with landlords, managing agents, developers and commercial clients. Works can be scheduled out of hours where a premises needs to stay open.

Yes. Every project is managed by one person who coordinates the trades, deliveries and inspections, and who you contact with any question during the build.

We can work from your existing drawings, or guide you through what is needed and coordinate with architects, structural engineers and building control on your behalf.

Payments are staged against agreed milestones and set out in the quote before work starts. There are no charges outside the agreed scope unless you approve a variation in writing.

We tell you as soon as we find it, explain the options and the cost implication, and wait for your decision before proceeding. Surprises at the end of a build are avoidable.

Work areas are protected, dust is contained and the site is cleared at the end of each day. Access routes through occupied properties are covered and kept clean.
